• Supports 8 players
• Tracker for weekly prizes
• 3 card OP Booster
• 2 Common & 1 Rare
• Special Holo for OP
• 20 cards available in kit
• Hyperspace versions of Special Cards

Store Showdown

• Available to select stores
• First step towards competitive play in a casual structure
• Occurs 1 month after each sets release. (Set 1 is instead May 2024)
• Products in Store Showdown Kit
  • Participation promo for up to 32 people
  • Booster Display for prize support
  • Additional promos for Judges, Top 8, Top 4, and Champion
  • 2 cards available

Competitive Play

Based on points based system. When reaching a threshold will gain invite to Galactic Championship.

• Will be establishing Judge Program
• Will have own Tournament Software
• Constructed events through Year 1
• Best of 3 wherever possible
• Sideboaards (details in future)
• Rotation will occur (details in future)
• Age division will be an option, but will not be there up front

Planetary Qualifer

• Store Level event
• Beginning of player journey to Galactic Championship
• Most accessible of events
  • Will start with set 2 to establish playes in TCGs with Store Showdowns
• Worth least points
• Winner will have exceeded threshold for Galactic Championship
• Ban lists and Errata are planned for, but hope not needed.

Sector Qualifiers

• Destination event
• Open Entry
• Run by official FFG Partners
• Standalone Events, not at major conventions
• 1-2 a month
• Top 8-16 will qualify for Galactic Championship based on player count
• 2 day events
  • Day 1 Swiss
  • Day 2 Top cut play
• Prize Wall and Side Events available
• Starts in 2025

Regional Qualifier

• Every Other month
• Comparable to Sector Qualifier in style
• May be unique structure for play
• Starts in 2025

Galactic Championship

• Competitive Season Finale
• Crowned Champion
• Run by FFG
• Invitation only
• Held in summer
• First GC will be open invite, but limited on space
• 2026 GC will have extended point gathering
• Points qualify from GC to GC
• 3 Day event
  • Day one swiss
  • Points system will provide byes to day two for high points leaders
  • Day 2 Swiss
  • Day 3 top cut
• Side events will include Sector Qualifier for next season on day 2 for people who are cut from day 1, and open to public based on event limits.
• Day 2 competitors get points for following GC
• Prize details will come later
